As Chief Product Officer, Cathy Wright is responsible for ensuring Openforce’s products are innovative, competitive, and exceeds the needs of our customers and end-users. She oversees the full product lifecycle and is committed to making it easier for companies to manage their independent contractors and for them to seamlessly onboard and get paid.
Cathy is a collaborative, results-driven leader who thrives on building teams to their highest potential. She has over 25 years of product leadership experience delivering B2B software, data solutions, and services to the market. Cathy excels at cross-company collaboration, mentoring and developing strong, customer-focused product teams, and achieving product roadmap objectives.
In addition to her extensive product management experience, Cathy spent 10 years of her career in customer-facing roles, including sales executive, technical support, and trainer roles. As a result, she is deeply committed to understanding customers’ needs and delivering solutions that add value by solving real business problems.
Before joining Openforce, Cathy served as the Executive Vice President, Product Management at Clear Capital Inc., a real-estate fintech company. Here, she led product strategy and roadmap execution for a robust software suite, data intelligence, and transactional residential property valuation products. She has also managed product lines and teams for information services and software companies such as The Red Flag Group, Dun & Bradstreet, Wolters Kluwer, and The NPD Group.
Cathy graduated cum laude from Kalamazoo College with a BA in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics.
