Smart Enroll feature brings faster onboarding, easier management of contractor roles 

Our newest feature, Smart Enroll, helps put the independent back in independent contractor, while giving companies utilizing a 1099 workforce even more compliance confidence. Smart Enroll is an incredible time-saving advancement in several ways:

Increased compliance: Under the Economic realities test currently being used by the DOL, independent contractors should have multiple customers. Smart Enroll allows additional IC enrollments to be quick and easy, while you strengthen your defense against misclassification claims. 

Faster onboarding: In the common scenario where an IC has previously completed an Openforce enrollment, Smart Enroll ensures any enrollments thereafter are a breeze and allows them to get to work faster.  

Mergers & acquisitions: If an Openforce client acquires or gets acquired by another Openforce client, IC data and compliance items are already stored in the system making merging workforces much less of a headache. 

Contractor status: Smart Enroll allows a contractor to easily move from Helper to Driver status or from Driver to Master.
