Jana's journey at Openforce began in 2020, managing the Professional Services Group. Her exceptional aptitude and inspirational leadership propelled her through the ranks, from Director of Operations to Vice President of Customer Experience, followed by her current role as Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Fueled by her passion for innovation and continuous improvement, Jana's hallmark is leading successful initiatives that optimize workflow processes, skyrocket profitability, and deliver customer satisfaction.

Collaborative and results-driven, Jana is an expert at building and managing high-performing teams while championing operational excellence. Prior to Openforce, she oversaw implementation management at ADP, successfully onboarding $4.5M in human capital management tools for over 350 clients annually. Jana credits her customer-centric mindset as the foundation of her success.

In her role as a Senior Key Account Manager at FEXCO, a Germany-based company, Jana managed one of the largest international client accounts, forging strong relationships with partnered merchants across the EU. Her exceptional communication skills enabled her to connect with diverse business leaders and executives with ease.

Jana's academic achievements include a master's degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, focusing on International Enterprise Management. She also holds prestigious certifications in Lean Six Sigma and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
