Phillip Boice CFO

Phillip Boice is the Chief Financial Officer at Openforce, leading all aspects of the company’s finance functions. He brings over 20 years of expertise in technology, healthcare, and high-volume financial transactions to help organizations optimize for growth and innovation.

Previously, Phillip served as the VP of Finance at Embark Behavioral Health, a prominent network of clinical and therapeutic programs dedicated to treating the effects of early trauma. There, he played a key role in the development and management of financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting functions for the company. Prior to Embark, he held the position of Director of Finance at FATHOM, the largest utility-to-utility, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for the water industry. Phillip is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from Arizona State University.
