Wendy Greenland is the CEO of Openforce, the #1 independent contractor management platform processing $5B in annual IC settlements, paying 90K+ contractors weekly across 1.3M+ platform users. She leads the company at the intersection of compliance, payments, and insurance, a market where regulated and unregulated enforcement has surged in recent years, and the cost of non-compliance is existential for both contractors and the companies that use them in their workforce.​

Wendy brings 30+ years of enterprise technology leadership, with a consistent track record of building and scaling organizations toward value creation events. As COO of InfinityHR, she drove the operational build-out that positioned the company for acquisition by Arcoro in 2019. ​

 ​Under her leadership, Openforce has evolved from a settlement processing tool into a full IC lifecycle platform spanning recruiting, compliance onboarding, settlements, insurance facilitation, and contractor retention. She is currently executing an active AI transformation with horizontal expansion into new verticals in 2026. Openforce will receive the Pinnacle Award from the National Home Delivery Association (NHDA) for Industry Impact in summer 2026.​

Wendy was recognized as one of Phoenix's Top 100 CEOs (Titan 100), ASU Sun Devil 100, and serves as NHDA Foundation Trustee, ATW Board Director, and is active in the NHDA Women's Delivery Council and Women in Trucking. She holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University, a B.A.from Arizona State University, and is a certified Miller Heiman master trainer.​
