Steve has more than 30 years of private equity, strategy consulting, and operating experience. He began consulting to Riverside in 2005 and joined as a General Partner in 2006.
Previously, Steve was a Managing Director of Audax Group, a private equity and mezzanine debt firm, and served as an Operating Partner at Texas Pacific Group. His operating experience includes serving as President of Harris Graphics, a $450 million printing press manufacturer, Executive Vice President and CFO of The Coleman Company, a $1.2 billion manufacturer of outdoor recreation equipment, and Executive Vice President, CFO, and CSO of AM International, a $1.2 billion graphic arts equipment and supplies manufacturer. Steve began his career in strategy consulting and was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group.

William brings 9 years of private equity and management consulting experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2014 as an Associate.
Prior to joining Riverside, William was a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he worked with executives in a range of industries, including healthcare and technology. His work included corporate strategy, financial measurement, statistical modeling, and operations.
William holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Statistics and Government, magna cum laude, from Harvard College.

Aakash brings two years of investment banking experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2020 as an Associate.
Prior to joining Riverside, Aakash was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Citi, where he was involved in executing a variety of M&A and financing transactions.
Aakash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with concentrations in Finance and Business Analytics, magna cum laude, from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Bringing 35 years of direct experience in courier, trucking, assembly, warehousing and local expedited delivery to Openforce, Mike Fiorito presents customers and prospects the ability to speak with someone who truly understands their business.
Mike’s previous experience includes serving as CEO of Urban Express, now part of XPO Logistics, and as the former Head of North American Operations for Shutl (now part of eBay Now). As a member of Openforce’s board, Mike will help companies address the challenges facing expedited delivery.
As a founder and manager of several successful delivery start-ups, Mike brings a unique perspective on Openforce’s customer needs and will be a significant resource to Openforce’s customers as they seek guidance to reduce cost and maximize efficiency of their operations. Leveraging decades of first-hand experience, Mike will use his knowledge of customers’ needs and desires to help them tailor the ideal solution to improve their independent contractor compliance, driver efficiency in their operations and allow companies to focus in driving revenue in their business.
Bill Graves served as President and CEO of the American Trucking Associations from 2003 until 2017. In that role, he led the Washington DC based national trade organization representing the policy and political interests of trucking companies at both the state and national level.
Prior to his time at ATA, Graves served as the 43rd Governor of Kansas. Elected in 1994 and re-elected in 1998, Graves is the longest-serving Republican Governor in state history. From 1987 to 1994 he served as the Kansas Secretary of State.
Graves is a member of the Board of Directors of US Alliance Insurance Corporation based in Topeka, KS. He recently retired from the board of International Speedway Corporation after its successful merger with NASCAR.
Graves is a graduate of Kansas Wesleyan University and did graduate studies at the University of Kansas.
Graves and his wife, Linda, currently divide time between their homes in McLean, VA, and Wellington, FL. Their daughter, Katie, resides in Raleigh, NC.
Lenny has amassed over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, honing his skills while managing infrastructure at scale for numerous large media companies in New York City. In 2010, he co-founded Corsis, a highly regarded technology advisory firm that provides services to the private equity sector. At Corsis, Lenny played a critical role in developing the methodology the company utilized to assess and gauge the effectiveness of technology systems during due diligence. He spearheaded hundreds of evaluations covering diverse areas such as architecture, software development, infrastructure, and security. In 2020, Falfurrias Capital Partners acquired Corsis.
In his current capacity as a board member, Lenny leverages his technical expertise to help Openforce leadership navigate intricate technical challenges using time-tested architectural patterns. Moreover, he is enthusiastic about mentoring, team-building, and advocacy.
Edward (Ed) has had an extensive career in the Excess and Surplus Lines Insurance Industry. Ed most recently was Regional Vice-President of Risk Placement Services, Inc. (RPS) for the Western Binding Region from 2008-2018. RPS acts as a traditional wholesale broker, managing general agent, and program manager and has access to all major excess/surplus lines carriers. RPS, which was formed in 1997, now has more than 70 locations throughout the United States and was ranked as the largest MGA/underwriting manager by Business Insurance magazine.
After graduating from Tulane University in 1978 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Ed began his E&S career working for DVUA, a large Wholesale Broker / MGA headquartered in the Philadelphia area. In 1988, Ed obtained his MBA from Temple University. Ed became COO of DVUA in 1995 and President in 2004. In 2005 this business was sold and Ed took an interim position with MacNeill. In 2008 Ed moved to RPS. Ed has his CPCU and ASLI and was very active in both NASPSLO and AAMGA. Ed has been a board member of the NAPSLO Derek Hughes Education Foundation since 2007 and was the President of the AAMGA in 2017 during which Ed lead the charge to merge the AAMGA and NAPSLO into WSIA. In 2018, Ed served as a Past President of the Merged Organization.
Ed presently is a board member of Openforce, an insurtech business with a focus on the gig economy and independent contractors working in this area. Ed is also a board member of Capacity Insurance Company, a Florida admitted multiline carrier.
Ed has many interests including skiing, golfing, hiking, wine, and spending time with his wife of 34 years, Jami.
Paul has spent 30 years in the advertising, media, and entertainment worlds. His experience spans consulting, software development and implementation, business affairs, and organizational leadership. His clients range from the Fortune 500 to the world’s largest ad agencies and their networks, to creative start-ups, and the myriad of production specialists. He collaborates with passion and a focus on results.

Investor strategic advice and counsel, ranging from identifying investment opportunities, evaluating potential acquisition targets, being part of the management presentation and due diligence process, and serving on Company boards.
CEO and owner/founder strategic consulting for company leaders looking to materially reposition their brand, prepare for material growth in all its forms. This arena is all about creating and communicating a compelling vision, developing and executing on key strategies, and delivering on results consistently.
In 2016, Paul founded Connections. Their mission is to work in partnership with youth, families, organizations, and volunteers to curate long-lasting, supportive mentoring relationships that improve self-worth for young adults with past, current, or peripheral contact with the child welfare or juvenile justice systems in New York City or Westchester County.
